West Lothian Prostate Cancer Support Group held a successful awareness event outside Asda Livingston during UK Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. With support from Asda community champion Abi Lorraine, the team distributed 800 leaflets highlighting the importance of understanding prostate cancer and seeking early testing, especially where there is a family history.

The group also shared information about its Buddy Scheme, which offers support to men looking for advice and reassurance from others with lived experience. The event was visited by MPs Kirsteen Sullivan and Gregor Poynton, and raised £170 in donations for Prostate Cancer UK research.
